Evaluation
Process for Clients of Special Helps
1.
Read information packet that we can send to you or on:

2.
Listen / watch a live or recorded seminar OR read a book. See
order form in information packet or on
www.specialhelps.com.
3.
Fill out the Client History
and Program Application Form. (Available in the information packet
or download the
PDF
version) We need the client history form
about 2 weeks before the appointment. Make deposit (Initial
evaluations- $300.00 per evaluation; Reevaluations- $250.00 per
evaluation) check payable to Ronnie Dail. Mail form and
deposit to:

5. Evaluations
– The neurodevelopmental evaluation and parent conference takes
about 2-3 hours. Clients should dress in comfortable clothing for
activities on the floor.

Parent Support

CFOP (Christian Families on Program) – private yahoo group
for parents.

Orientation Site – always available with introductory
video clips and forms.
c.
INP Website – available for 30 days with video clips
(explanations; demos) of program activities) and downloadable
handouts.
d.
E-mail, phone and in center questions.
7. Ongoing
communication is a must
whether it is an initial evaluation or a reevaluation. Keep in touch
with us through phone, fax, e-mail and monthly reports. We believe
this to be an essential factor in progress.
8.
At the time of the evaluation we will make appointments for
the next evaluation and take a check for the deposit dated mid-way
between evaluations. If you prefer to pay by credit card a $15.00
processing fee. Further, for those who commit to one year of
evaluations / program we can also work out a payment plan.
9.
We have found that clients make optimal progress by being
evaluated and receiving an updated INP every four months. When
evaluations are skipped progress slows, stops or even regresses.
When a year has passed between evaluations your status changes from
active to inactive. When that happens, we expect a returning client
to complete the client history form again and pay the initial
evaluation fee. Individual situations may vary. Please discuss
variations with us prior to missing an evaluation.
